Welcome to the Boca Siesta community!
This community consists of 46 units (four, three-bedroom units and forty two, two-bedroom units) and there are over twenty five units that have boat slips within steps from the building. This building was built in 1984 and has recently completed a major project that included a brand-new boat basin, seawall and landscaping redesign. This initiative is the envy of Siesta Key as it offers spectacular gathering spaces and modernized boating amenities.
In addition, the community offers a beautiful pool area situated on the Sarasota inter-coastal, a fully-functioning clubhouse that includes showers, sauna, kitchen, meeting spaces and small workout area, three separate barbecue areas around the property, a tennis court, a fire pit, beach access, dedicated parking spaces both under the building and in carports at the front of the property, a dedicated car wash as well as a fishing pier.
We have a number of owners who live here full-time, as well as owners who stay at various times throughout the year. In addition, we have owners who rent out their units on a full-time basis while others do so three months at a time (the minimum amount a unit can be rented at one time).
